Location: Protected Natural Park, "Vena del Gesso", border hills between Toscany and Romagna, Italy 
Appellation: Romagna D.O.C.G. Albana Passito

Colour: Golden yellow with amber hue
Aromas: Dried fruit, acacia flowers, honey, orange peel, oregano, wild mint
Taste: Firstly, more savory than sweet, reminding cappers, oregano, wild mint. Then come the fruits, figs and apricot, completed with the citrus freshness & lingering aftertaste. A rich and complex wine.

Alcohol: 14.5 %
Acidity: 6.69 g/l
Residual Sugar: 63.8 g/l
Total Sulfur Dioxide: 160 mg/l

Production: Grapes are hand harvested mid of September. The grapes are dried hanged on a thread in a ventilated space for 3 months.  Fermentation of 90 days at controlled temperature with selected yeasts in inox tanks. Aged for 14 months in clay amphora. Bottled 15th June 2015.
