Location: Protected Natural Park, "Vena del Gesso", border hills between Toscany and Romagna, Italy
Appellation: Romagna D.O.C.G. Albana Passito
Colour: Golden yellow with amber hue
Aromas: Dried fruit, acacia flowers, honey, orange peel, oregano, wild mint
Taste: Firstly, more savory than sweet, reminding cappers, oregano, wild mint. Then come the fruits, figs and apricot, completed with the citrus freshness & lingering aftertaste. A rich and complex wine.

Production: Grapes are hand harvested end of October. The grapes are dried in wooden crates for 4 weeks. Fermentation of 90 days at controlled temperature with selected yeasts in inox tanks. Aged for 8 months in french oak barrique. Bottled 15th of November 2017.
